I love that Im able to watch missed programs. Im also able to watch it live. Its come in handy a number of times.

I fine it very irritating that I have to sign in to my xfinity account whenever I want to watch newer episodes! Seriously? I am already paying for wifi isnt that enough? I also am paying for history vault. It would be great to watch history with that payment too!

I like the history channel, one of my favorite networks, but this app has rustled my jimmies. I dont like that I cant see the player location in commercial, to change location quickly. Also, that the Michelob Light ad turns into an endless repeating ad and will never move on to the rest of an episode. I have to shut the app off, restart to my part to get ads again. Im fine with ads, I understand, but those two want me to just pass on the app.

If you want people to Watch the commercials, keep the volume at the same level. If its too loud people will just mute the volume during commercials.

I enjoy the variety of shows. There are way too many commercials and you deliberately double the volume making them TOO LOUD!! Why??? The high volume makes me want to stop watching. We see the commercials. You dont have to hit us over the head with them.

The episodes do not broadcast. It just freezes. Dont bother

I love this app! There are a lot of adds, but I understand thats how History is able to provide this service. However, the adds are very repetitive. I do enjoy the shows that are on this app. Swamp people and forged in fire! I look forward to exploring more shows!

Most of these cable televisions networks do not simplify connectivity to Apple TV view previous episodes. Constantly being bombarded by ads just causes me to leave app losing all desire even to watch any program. I get it, I do get it networks need to make revenue, However, in many cases I begin hating the products which they advertise. What these networks seem to not understand they cause viewers to despise brands. 1/29/17 Having cable account I no longer experience a lot of ads; no more than regular television. Using Apple TV app, my viewing experience has improved. I added one star making 3.

I love the History Channel. I wish I could get this app on my TV. Good shows, the only complaint is that some of the commercials repeat SEVERAL times. Fix that and I wont have any complaints...

We really like the History Channel and watch several shows on it. HOWEVER, I really object to the fur trappers on Mountain Men. I like the guys and understand those who have to trap for food, like Morgan, and while Tom and Marty are likable guys, I really hate that they trap only for fur! Fur trappers are an abomination and teach young people the wrong values.

Why isnt the whole season available????

More commercials than programming. Same irrelevant, long, boring commercials over and over again with a little (oh, I think I forgot what was going on) actual program in between.

I dont have tv and am thrilled to be able to watch shows on the History Channel.

Its not so much that you have to run commercials, but to run one commercial four times in a row is very annoying. Clean that up and you would have a much better app.
